Cutlass Cove Beach Club

Cutlass Cove Beach Club was established on December 20, 1950. The club consists of 100 feet of beach front property providing beach access for property owners on Cutlass Lane and Gordon Drive (that back on to Cutlass Cove). The club has about 1/2 acre of landscaped property, including parking and a chickee hut. Resident Initiation Fee: $10,000 Resident Annual Dues: $1,500

Note: Weddings at Cutlass Cove Beach Club require sponsorship of a member of the club. Weddings and Receptions are only available to members and their families. Events that involve amplified music or the cooking of food on site require a permit which requires a 120 notice to the City of Naples.
